Hi! My name is Paige Rohman, and I am a senior from Dallas, Texas on the Culinary Science track at the Horst Schulze School of Hospitality Management. Through the program, I’ve had the opportunity to work at The Masters golf tournament, Roaring Gap Country Club, and Blackberry Mountain. I’ve also been able to study abroad in Jordan, and participate in the Joseph S Bruno, Auburn Abroad in Italy program. Through my internships and study abroad experiences I have been able to explore different approaches to hospitality, and study various positions in the kitchen. After graduation I plan to move home to Dallas and participate in the Marriott Voyage Culinary program to further develop my management skills and gain more knowledge in the kitchen.
