My name is Jana Earp, and I am a senior at the Horst Schulze School of Hospitality Management. I’ve always known I wanted to be in the culinary field, and I fell in love with cooking in the 10th grade after taking my first hospitality class. That passion led me to attend trade school in 12th grade and continue pursuing culinary arts at the collegiate level.

My love for food is deeply inspired by my family, who helped shape my appreciation for cooking and the joy it brings to others. I’m especially motivated to create meals that are both delicious and supportive of different dietary needs, which drives me to keep improving my skills. I’ve also developed an interest in food media and hope to share my experiences, creativity, and culinary advice through social platforms as I grow in the industry.
