My name is Paige Clements, and I am a junior in the Hotel and Restaurant Management program. I am originally from Lake Forest, Illinois, and I have been loving it down here in Auburn, Alabama. I plan to stay in the South after I graduate next spring. When I originally applied to college, I thought I was going to study architecture. I quickly decided to change my mind and instantly fell in love with the Horst Schulze School of Hospitality Management. After spending the past three years here at Auburn and learning so much about hospitality through the program, I have decided that I want to pursue a career in the beverage industry after graduation. I completed my Level 1 Sommelier certification as my first step toward success in the industry, and I cannot wait to see what the future holds!
