My name is Megan, and I am a senior in the Hospitality Event Management program at Auburn University. I am originally from Sarasota, Florida, but I have been lucky to call Auburn home for the past three years. When I first started college, I had no idea what I wanted to pursue. I began my college career at Liberty University as a member of their collegiate figure skating team, but after my freshman year, I discovered Auburn’s Hospitality program and knew I had found my passion. I transferred in Spring 2023, and it was the best decision I could have made. Since then, I have had the opportunity to help plan and execute a variety of events both within the program and in the community. Through these experiences, I have truly fallen in love with every aspect of event planning, from the creative vision to the detailed execution. I am incredibly excited for what the future holds and thrilled to be a part of this year’s Hospitality Gala team!
