Spencer Ellen, a native of LaGrange, Georgia, has been in the culinary industry since 2004. Since then Chef Ellen has spent time collaborating and being mentored in kitchens across the United States, from Chicago's Three Michelin Star Alinea to Auburn's very own James Beard Nominated Acre. Most recently serving as the Executive Sous Chef for Gourmet Foods International in Atlanta, Georgia. He returned to Auburn in 2021 where he is now the Executive Chef and Managing Partner for Christine’s in Moores Mill.
