Madison Kreamer developed an interest in the wine and hospitality industries while studying Hospitality Management at Auburn University. This passion led her to Trinchero Family Wine & Spirits in 2017, where she has grown her career in wine and spirits education.
As Wine and Spirits Education Director, Madison oversees beverage training for Trinchero sales and marketing teams as well as trade partners. Her work includes brand and regional education in addition to professional certification programs. She teaches courses through the Wine & Spirits Education Trust (WSET Levels 2 and 3 in Wines) and the Society of Wine Educators (Certified Specialist of Wine and Certified Specialist of Spirits).
Madison is also the host of the Heritage Collection Wine Podcast, where she shares the many stories and insights behind the wines of the Heritage Collection portfolio. Based in Napa Valley, she and her team also manage trade relations in the region, creating meaningful and educational experiences for visiting partners and industry professionals.
Committed to continuous learning, Madison has pursued several beverage certifications, including CMS Certified Sommelier, Certified Wine Educator (CWE), and WSET Level 4 Diploma in Wines. She is currently a Stage 2 Master of Wine student. She also serves on the Board of Directors for the Society of Wine Educators and is a WSET Certified Educator. She enjoys supporting others in their professional development and certification journeys.
