Clayton Cawthorne is an Auburn University graduate (’13), Certified Sommelier (CMS), and Certified Specialist of Wine (SWE). Clayton graduated from Auburn University's Hospitality Management program. After graduation, Clayton worked in Europe aboard The World, the world's largest privately owned yacht. Upon returning to the US, Clayton was the sommelier at the Atlanta Athletic Club and Michelin starred Bacchanalia. He spent sixteen years in restaurants before joining Untied Distributors as their On-Premise Manager and Fine Wine Specialist.
