Chef Roy Hendrickson has spent the past 20 plus years honing his craft in Southern California at various types of restaurants and establishments. Learning while on the job, he has been able to grow his career from the ground up and has experience with a multitude of cuisines. He has spent the last five years at the iconic San Diego Mission Bay Resort in San Diego where he oversees the entire culinary operation. During his tenure there, he has grown the F&B operation by embracing the local community and using his philosophy of simple but creative cuisine to entice the wide array of taste exhibited by California’s diverse culture.
