Chef Antony Osborne was born in the small coastal town of Tenby, located in South Wales in the United Kingdom. He is an award winning chef and educator and has over 30 years experience in the culinary and hospitality world. He has worked at some of the world’s finest hotels. Antony served as the Executive Pastry Chef at The Oriental in Bangkok, Thailand, which was voted the number 1 hotel in the world during his time there. He also worked as the Executive Pastry Chef at The Dorchester in London and the Raffles Hotel in Singapore. He continued to work around the world until 2003 when he transitioned to the field of culinary academics and has served in various roles with Culinard, the Culinary Institute of Virginia College. Chef Osborne currently resides in Birmingham, AL. He is the National Dean of Culinary and Hospitality Programs with the Education Corporation of America.
